If you change your mind or chose the wrong size, you are welcome to return any full-priced item bought from www.neuwdenim.com for a full refund or store credit, excluding any shipping charges, if it meets the following criteria:
- Must be in unworn, brand new condition with all original swing tags attached
- Must be delivered to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving your order
NB: Items marked as SALE can be returned for change of mind online store credit or size exchange only. Sale Items are not eligible for free return shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products do not meet these conditions.

Please be aware that Neuw Denim does not cover return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or you were sent an incorrect item. If you paid for your order with PayPal you may be eligible to claim back return postage costs from PayPal – find out more here.
Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in Service Denim stores. Neuw Denim products purchased from another retailer must be returned to that retailer in line with their return policy.
We will email you once your return has been received and approved for refund. This will usually happen within three business days of delivery, however, delays may occur during high order volume times. As we cannot process your refund before your items have been delivered and inspected, we recommend keeping a record of your parcel tracking information for peace of mind.
