Yes, you are responsible for posting your return back to us, so please choose the shipping method that suits you. We do suggest a tracked method, where possible, so you can keep an eye on the delivery. We are not able to process your refund until your return has been delivered successfully to our warehouse partner.

If you are returning due to faulty or incorrectly sent items, we will gladly reimburse your postage costs. Please contact us first for approval and further instructions.
Australian customers who have requested a size exchange are eligible for free return shipping – a prepaid Auspost label will be emailed to you within 1 business day of completing your online return request.
